第34部KBS大河剧。以1010年－1019年辽国攻打高丽为历史背景，讲述19岁继位的高丽显宗，在暗杀威胁中登上王位，之后带领国家在战争中大获全胜的故事。该剧包含首次影像化的龟州大捷，以及姜邯赞将军的事迹。。近日中港两地罪案频生，中方委派有“神勇威龙”之称的王菲赴港，协助警方精英部队查案。
自菲到后，便与刚从英国回港任教的占士产生龃龉，更闹出不少笑语。
