家境平平的阿珍（李丽珍 饰）外表娴淑美丽，实则泼辣果敢，她因参与打架斗殴而被迫转校。在新学校里，阿珍受到同学欺负，关键时刻校董女儿阿美（罗美薇 饰）出手相助。放学后阿美遭到报复，这时阿珍挺身而出，将坏同学悉数打倒，她和阿美自此也成为了好朋友。
