本作は田舎に住む祖父母に会いに行く看護学生の孫を主人公にした物語。孫は家族水入らずで幸せな時間を過ごすが、祖父母の家にいる「何か」に違和感を覚え、やがて人間の存在自体を揺るがすような根源的な恐怖に直面する。。An ancient pig-like demon is set upon a group of college students by a mysterious being called The Dealer. Once they make a deal, and their wishes come true, the beast will take the students to his slaughterhouse in hell. Another mysterious being called The Messenger tries warning them, but it is too late, as each of the victims will have to face the beast Pigster。
