一队摄制人员为寻访神秘的希里莎纳部落，正向神秘的亚马逊原始森林迈进。途中他们遇见已在森林里生活多年的“捕蟒专家”，他一直在追捕一条长达40英尺、凶猛而且狡猾的巨蟒。为了借助摄制组的力量，他以带路为借口，把摄制组带进这条巨蟒的领域。就这样，摄制组在毫无准备之下陷入了极度的危险之中……..。1980年代，美苏衝突不慎释放出上万隻潜藏在地球，名为「卓巴」的外星人。不料带有病毒的卓巴引起致命传染病而受到地球军团剷除，卓巴灭绝后，军团随之解散。多年后，昔日军团成员却意外遇刺，疑似尚未被根除的卓巴前来复仇，剩馀的军团成员必须找到彼此，在被卓巴变种人杀死前，找出反击之道。。Grace is a young woman whose life has been turned upside down by tragedy.
