中年人老赵和老罗曾是一起当过兵的老战友，老赵投资房地产，向老罗及其亲戚、邻居举债，结果房子成了烂尾楼，前期投入打了水漂，作为保证人的老罗承受来自亲友的巨大压力，他和老赵的关系则变得分外紧张。由于老赵的抵赖，老罗被迫和妻子离婚，连儿子罗毅也对自己颇有微词。为了追回属于自己的四十万，老罗离群索居，准备采取高科技手段入侵老赵的公司，盗取现金。十五月圆之夜，他假意约出老赵叙旧，实则计划迷晕对方后外出行窃，制造不在场证明。只是天算不如人算，几起突发事件破坏了他的周密计划……。NeNe travels to Vegas where she joins the cast of "Zumanity", a cabaret-style show by Cirque Du Soleil.
