FOX过去宣布直接预订《紧急呼救9-1-1》的衍生剧《紧急呼救：孤星9-1-1: Lone Star》，如剧名这剧背景设置在美国孤星州 - 得州，主演是Rob Lowe。母剧原班人马Ryan Murphy﹑Brad Falchuk及Tim Minear联手负责此衍生剧，剧中讲述一名纽约警察Owen Strand（Rob Lowe饰）为了找回生活平衡，带同儿子来到得州。主角在处理自己的问题之余，还得在新地方继续保护市民。。父亲被人下套身负巨额赌债逃走，楚暮妍被人陷害失手刺死高利贷债主周海。父亲去世后周斯越被亲戚推皮球，最终送到了楚暮妍家。两人在朝夕相处间暗生情愫，但凶手义父林霁寻来打破了这一切。昔日恋人反目成仇，两人之间的爱恨纠葛将去向何处......。The series begins when suspected human remains are uncovered on Whitney Marsh - Jess and Sunny are immediately called to the scene, abandoning their evening plans to Jess’s husband’s chagrin.
